At Eazy4ezra custom wig, We value your support and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
All Sales on Custom Units such as (Hand made units, custom colored, Custom cut, etc) are FINAL Sale.
If a Unit was purchased and not as expected, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Unit must appear as shipped and packaged, Lace on Unit has to remain uncut and un-tinted. Units has to be clean and without added products. Wigs has to not be cut or tailored in any way different from the original order in order for the return to be processed.
Unless we made a mistake (wrong or defective item). return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
All wigs are custom made and customized therefore, if you want a different size, color or replacement of the same unit, your request may take up to 30 days to duplicate the same unit.
Please Note: for custom units, duplications may not be EXACT!! so exchanges are minimal
